A Probe Into The Current Development Of The Cyclic Economy In The Industrialization Of High-tech And Its Policy Implication

Cyclic economy is the focus of our society in recent years. It's a new pattern of economy, which is supposed to solve the problem of environment pollution and resource waste during the economic development. Cyclic economy can give impetus to the sustainable development of traditional economy and society. Industrialization of high-tech is another trend of development as important as cyclic economy in the future society. This paper focuses mainly on the combination of the two trends of development .On the base of the analysis of background and significance of research design both domestic and abroad, this paper firstly points out the problems of traditional economic society and the inevitability of development of cyclic economy. Secondly, this paper analyses the disadvantage and unique advantage of the industrialization of high-tech in the development of cyclic economy in China. Then it points out that the development of cyclic economy in the industrialization of high-tech can impulse the change of mode of economic development. Thirdly, this paper describes the current development of cyclic economy of Anhui province and concentrates on the shortage of high-tech industry in cyclic economy as an experimental province. It proposes that we should add high-tech industry to the research,program and policy-making of cyclic economy during the construction industry zones ; Provide new technique for cyclic economy; Consummate related promotion policy for high-tech industries and enrich its contents; Encourage high-tech industries to develop cyclic economy; Keep promise to complete the industrialization of high-tech in cyclic economy. At last, this paper introduces the measures of foreign high-tech industry in cyclic economy, and then, this paper makes efforts to illustrate what policy system we need to develop high-tech industry in a cyclic economy by conclusion.
