Researches On The Development Patterns Of Private Scientific And Technological Enterprises In East Lake High-tech Zone

While the world economy globalization is speeding up, international competition hots up, and the substance of this competition is fostered by the competition in the scientific and technological field. The State Council has been authorized to set up a large number of national high-tech zones in order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, combine technology with economy organically , transfer scientific and technological advantages into competitive advantages. Private scientific and technological enterprises have become the most active and creative main force in the high-tech zones, and they contribute a lot in the aspects of facilitating a faster transition from research achievements to actual productivity, developing New and High Technology industries, promoting the economic development and reformation policy. East Lake High-tech Zone, which is listed as one of the 54 national high-tech zones, has been set up the largest production basis of optical fiber & cable and other electric devices, the largest R&D basis of optical communication system, the largest industry basis of laser industry. Overall, the rapid growth of private scientific and technological enterprises in East Lake high-tech zone formed high-tech industrial conoly basically, and industrial-intensive effect arised. It acts as the demonstration and radiating role in the development of regional economy.In this paper, it will be focus on the study of the development patterns of private scientific and technological enterprises in East Lake high-tech zone on the basis of reading a large number of reference documents. It analyses the importance of the developing private scientific and technological enterprises in the high-tech zones, analyses the status quo, business advantages, and problems of these enterprises, does a comparative study of the development Pattern of the world's classical science and technology parks with the domestic ones, highlighting the outstanding cases with the assimilable experiences, and finally refer to the status of private technological enterprises in East Lake high-tech zone, it offers some suggestions for implementation.
