Study On The Theory Of Construction Programme Building

It presents the tendency of fast development about investment of basic facilities and construction project,with the abidance development of our country national economy, more and more projects are often present in form of clusters. Faced with such a project, the simply project management has not suited to the development of the situation, the programme management theories come into being. Therefore this paper is to study the programme building theory in the process of programme management.At first,this thesis introduces the background of programme management, theoretical analysis of the traditional project management deficiencies in the application of modern projects, and a brief account of multi-project management theory. Then in chapter 2 the paper introduces one kind of multi-project management theories -- Program Management based on the analysis of the theories of project management and development trends. Combining the features of construction project, the paper makes the definition of a construction programme ,structure and locations of the project management level, finally analyses the definition and importance of constructing the programme. Chapter 3 establishes a construction programme building process, and studies the main content of every stage, and these are based on the analysis of the programme management cycle and project portfolio management framework. Aimed at Project Choice that is one core of the construction programme building, Chapter 4 establishes a project selection evaluation model. At first this chapter introduces the significance of the Project Selection Evaluation Model, and establishes evaluation Model of programme building selection based on the analysis of existing theory of project selection,then optimizes the index system by Weight Judgment method. at last aimed at the"gray"in programme building selection evaluation, the thesis applies AHP-Gray method to solves it. Chapter 5 researches the investment Optimization Model under the circumstances of limited resources based on the selection of projects, at last showes the immature and the issue should be further examined of this paper.The paper focuses on the theories and methods of construction programme building, establishes a project selection evaluation model for construction programme building, and integrates the multi-project resource allocation theory into investment Optimization Model under the circumstances of limited resources for construction programme building. I hope that the research results can provide some reference for the programme management.
