Along with the development of Chinese insurance industry, foreign insurance company desire to develop China insurance market. It makes the competition tougher, insurance economic more close to financial economics. It also accelerates insurance market globalization and information technology widely used in insurance industry market. It makes the competition tougher and accelerates insurance market globalization. Bancassurance is result of global economic integration and financial integration. It got much development in Europe since the birth. Bancassurance developed quickly in China as the main sales channel in life insurance from mid 90's. The proportion of Bancassurance sales was 33.9% in Life Insurance Company in the first quarter of 2006. More and more insurance companies choose finance advisor sales model to cooperate with banks.SN Life Insurance Company is the first joint-venture insurance company established after China's entering WTO. SN Life sells policy by telemarketing and bank direct sales. Based on Bancassurance finance advisor sales model, with the combination of theory analysis and practice analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the paper reviewed the Bancassurance development, sales model and the general situation of finance advisor sales model in domestic and overseas briefly. Based on the reason for SN Life finance advisor sales model, with own opinion to research the structure, product design, sales management, salary motivation, training and etc. The paper makes the last word on the implementation of finance advisor sales model and brought into the strategy plan. Finance advisors'successful experience in Shenzhen will be used to set up long-term win-win relationship with sponsors. The paper put forward SN Life should strengthen power of product innovation and management level to get the market returns in Chinese Bancassurance.
