Research On The Development Strategy Of Bancassurance In China Under The Tendency Of Joint Management Finance

Bancassurance is the inevitable product of mutual operation of banking and insurance, the fusion of banking capital and insurance capital in the economic globalization and financial liberalization of the macro-context. Along with the accelerated process of financial integration, Bancassurance, as a new financial institutional arrangements, has become the major international financial industry trends.From the development experience of international banks and insurance, most European and American developed countries, bancassurance mostly close to form the basis of equities, in the mode of development, product design, channel integration, etc. reflect the leading international superiority because of the financial joint management. The history of the development of China's bancassurance is not long, though we has made positive efforts and exploration, and achieved rapid development, due to the separate operation of the system of constraints, lack of policy support in all aspects and other reasons, China's bancassurance also greatly lag in the international development level, revealed many deficiencies and some problems to be solved in practice, therefore, we need to learn from advanced international experience and further research to explore compatible with China's national conditions and development of bancassurance strategy and concrete measures to promote the sustainable development of China's bancassurance.In this paper, from the theoretical study of bancassurance, proceed on a full analysis of foreign bancassurance, based on the summary of the experience of developed countries in the development of bancassurance, combined with the development of China's bancassurance status, deathly analysis and discussion of the problems in the development process and its causes, we proposed a series of specific policy proposals, including bancassurance model selection, bancassurance agency strategy development and related policy recommendations for the development of China's bancassurance.
