Information share and Internet models were added to the system to provide more help to each department efficiency and suppliers preparing of production. Secondly per purchase and company situations , explains long term partnership supplier important management point . Cost control is very important step of manufacturer , but it need use different options . Supplier qualification, management and partner relationship presents in the paper, detail specifications and method then gives out price control per different situation, such as portfolio method and so on; new product development optimizing; Briefly introduces company sales planning and service , provides suggestion. Lastly, presents logistic of B , mention out reverse logistic application .
