Innovation Of Science And Technology Park Based On Industry Clusters

Industry clustering science and technology park is an essential way to increase the competitiveness of the parks,and the perfect park innovation system is the basis for the development of industry clusters. China Science and Technology Park is now in the second-stage. And it is a major topic for how to upgrade the creativity of the science and technology parks. In view of this, this article did a relevant analysis of industry clusters and science and technology parks in reference to successful cases of the world-renowned Science and Technology Park innovation models, and analyzed the present innovation of science and technology parks of China under the status of industry clusters., and gave the policy advice to how to develop the innovation capacity of the science and technology parks of China and build an innovation system in Wuhan technology parks.In this paper, I did an analysis of the innovation system of China science and technology parks according to national ranking of the innovation capacity of 52 Science and Technology Parks of China in 2000. Conclusions showed that it is critical to improve the institution and service of China science and technology parks for upgrading their creativity. I also used doctor Wu's appraisal system of Tech Park innovation capacity to evaluate and analyze the technology innovation capacity of Wuhan Science and Technology Parks, and arrived to the conclusion that Wuhan Science and Technology Park technology innovation has a good foundation, and with the increased investment of resources, the integrated innovation capacity of Wuhan tech parks would be enhanced.According to the above conclusions, the solutions to upgrade the innovation capacity of China science and technology parks this paper gave are: Firstly, combine the innovation systems of science and technology parks and industry clusters. Secondly, change industry policy of tech parks into industry clusters and regional innovation policies. Finally, build the innovation network with strong innovation capacity. At the same time, gave three solutions to build the innovation system of Wuhan Science and Technology Parks. Firstly, establish a practical resource allocation mechanism of Wuhan University Science and Technology Parks. Secondly, optimize the innovation network of Wuhan Science and Technology Parks. Finally, build the digital science and technology parks in Wuhan.
