The Theoretical And Empirical Study Of Innovation And Development Of Private Enterprises Clusters

Since the reformation and openning the door to the outside of the world, privateeconomy of China has been developing rapidly, and it has been the important power which isnecessary for the development of economy and society. Being an effective formation ofspacial organization and a powerful tool to take policies, private enterprises clusters has beenbecoming the important tool of regional economy development and industries organization, inthe meantime the innovation and development of private enterprises clusters should be theimportand ways of strategy and competence promotion of regional economy development.From the maceconomic background and experience learning of Small and Medium-sizedEnterprises(SMEs) clusters of the world and private enterprises clusters of the SoutheastChina, the dissertation relies on the thread with the innovation theory system construction ofprivate enterprises clusters and being supported by the theories and methods of relevantsubjects, such as economic geography, regional economy, industrial economy, neweconomics of competition, management, sociology and institution behavior, and adopts themethod of theory and practical investigation. An initially theoretical system of privateenterprises clusters innovation and development has been established, especially the couplingmechanism of system innovation, organization innovation and technology innovation ofprivate enterprises clusters has been put forward by the author systematically. So the authorhas further studied innovation theory of private enterprises clusters. There are five chapters inthis paper:The author has stated and analyzed the maceconomic background statement of SMEsclusters of the world and private enterprises clusters of China, based on which the authoranalyzed the successful experience and regular characteristics of SMEs clusters developmentof the world in chapter one. Finally the author has put forward the basic principles whichshould be observed in the course of experience learning of innovation and development ofSMEs clusters both home and abroad.Chapter 2, After having been set forth intension, characteristics and models of innovationof private enterprises clusters as well as analyzed the course of development histrically,regular characteristics and the conditions and mechanism of private enterprises clustersemergence and formation, the emergence and formation mechanism and general courseofprivate enterprises clusters innovation has been put forward and analyzed by the author,including spacial agglomeration and diffusion.Chapter3, Starting with the evolution of theory of innovation system and according to thefocus studied of historic sequence and based on the original of theory of innovation systemand advantages of SMEs clusters innovation set forth, the author has analyzed theories ofnational innovation system and regional innovation system which is the foreshadows oftheory of clusters innovation system. The author has constructed the theory of privateenterprises clusters innovation system and put forward coupling mechanism of privateenterprises clusters innovation system creatively.Chapter4, Based on the analysis of historical development course and the reasons of lagbehind as well as comparative analysis private economy of Northeast China(NE China) andbetween it and the coastal area of Southeast China, the development strategy and models ofprivate economy clusters of NE China has been put forward by the author. Finally the authorconstructed spacial organization models of private economy clusters of NE China.Chapter5, In this chapter the author has done the positive analysis by separately selectedTonghua private pharmaceutical industrial clusters and Changchun private SMEs automobileaccessory industrial clusters which are the representative and the leading development modelsof private enterprises clusters of NE China. Based on analysis of development course, presentconditions, development characteristics, major elements and restricted conditions of both theclusters mentioned above, the innovative mechanisms has been put forward and innovationsystem has been constructed by the author, and the important relationships should be treatedwell during the course of private enterprises clusters innovation pointed out finally.
