The Study Based On Industrial Clusters Of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises’ Technology Innovation Ability In Anhui

Agricultural product processing industry is known as the "sunrise industry" in the twenty-first Century, which has made great contribution to the farmer’ production consumption, employment and income. After decades of development in the new century, Anhui Province agricultural economy has obtained tremendous achievement. Agricultural product processing industry has formed a certain cluster in some areas, however, there are still some problems during the development process of agriculture, such as the lack of innovative capacity, unbalanced development and unreasonable industrial structure, especially the lack of the technological innovation ability of agriculture industrialization leading enterprises, which affects the technology innovation system construction of the agricultural enterprise and the process of agricultural industrialization. The study on the based on industrial clusters of agricultural products processing enterprises’ technology innovation ability in Anhui Province, which can help to discover the problems existing in the enterprise technology innovation cluster development environment, then put forward appropriate counter measures about enterprise technology innovation. In order to accelerate the construction of modern agriculture industry system to promote the development of agricultural economics, the significance of studying on the based on industrial clusters of agricultural products processing enterprises’ technology innovation ability.This paper summarizes the research actuality of the agricultural industry cluster,the industrial cluster competitiveness,the technological innovation ability index system and the technological innovation ability evaluation system. This paper define the related concept about the agricultural industry cluster connotation, technological innovation ability, and introduces the feature of agricultural industry cluster, the structure of technological innovation ability. With the research methods of statistics and literature study,analyze present situation of the agricultural product processing industry of Bengbu and Huangshan, then analyze and compare the aspects of enterprises technical innovation’ input situation. The technological innovation ability evaluation index system is designed on the basis of the principles of constructing the evaluation index system of technology innovation capability of the enterprise. This paper has selected each five agricultural products processing enterprises of Bengbu and Huangshan in Anhui province as the research object, devises an enterprise technological innovation ability index system of industrial clusters which contains4level-1indicators and the15level-two indexes, the weight of every index is determined by AHP. This paper uses the gravity method to count the index of the original value of the dimensionless processing evaluation value through the actual survey data, then analyze and compare the five agricultural products processing enterprises’ technological innovation capability. Through the analysis to pointed out the shortage of the based on industrial clusters of agricultural products processing enterprises’ technology innovation ability.At last, offers some proposals about promoting enterprises’ technology innovation ability,such as, the input about technology innovation ability’ resource, farmland garden construction, the industry-university-research cooperation, technological innovation environment.
