| Pakistan is China's friendly neighbor, it is also one of the most important countries of South Asia. China and Pakistan have set a model for cooperation between two countries of different social systems since they established diplomatic relation on May, 21st, 1951.Sino-Pak trade and economical relations began in 1950s', but it was not until 1990s' did the two countries' trade and economical relations get into track. Particularly after entering into the new century, Sino-Pak trade and economical relations develop rapidly. With the stability of Pakistan society and its rapid economical development, the living standard of Pakistani people increases greatly. In addition, due to the change of the international environment, every country gets involved in globalization and regional economical cooperation. All these factors make a favorable environment for the economical cooperation between China and Pakistan.On the other hand, Sino-Pak trade and economical relations are facing lots of problems. In this dissertation, the author gives a general introduction of Sino-Pak trade and economical cooperation in the first part, in the rest of the three parts, the author analyzes the stimuli of Sino-Pak trade and economical relations in many aspects, finds out the problems and gives possible resolutions. The author holds the opinion that China can not give up Pakistan as an important South Asia market. Accelerating Sino-Pak trade and economical relations is not only beneficial to two countries' economy, it is also good for consolidating Sino-Pak political relations and even for the whole region's peace and development. The author believes that, if both China and Pakistan try to resolve the problems in their trade and economical relations under the principle of mutual interests and mutual understanding, Sino-Pak trade and economical cooperation will surely have a bright perspective. |
