Evaluation And Research Of Conversion Item Of Science And Technology Results According To The Life Cycle

With the fast development of science and technology, and the integration progress of science and technology with economy, science and technology's chock point and restriction to economic development presents increasingly. After the reform and opening, the development of science and technology of our country obtained great achievement, but many problems still exist in the aspects of promoting to convert science and technology to productivity. From macroscopic aspect, the phenomenon of science and technology progress and economic performance separating from each other still exists; from microscopic aspect, the conversion of science and technology result lacks the valuation and the global management. In order to make sure the norm of science and technology's result conversion, lower its risk , it have to carry out whole process supervision and evaluate in conversion process of science and technology result, integrate a business enterprise resources, raise usage efficiency of resources, and lift efficiency of a high-tech result conversion.This thesis was based on the theories of technology results conversion, item life cycle theories, item evaluation, etc. it elaborated item life cycle of contents and characteristics of science and technology result conversion, set up item life cycle model, and deeply analyzed the contents and characteristic of early, middle, and later stage of item life cycle, which provides theory foundation for evaluation of conversion of science and technology result.Secondly, this thesis commenced from the life cycle model, carrying on analysis of the target and basic principle of the early, middle and later stage of science and technology result's conversion. And it chose suitable index to build up different evaluation system, expected three stages to build up gray layer evaluation model, multilayer misty evaluation model and the evaluation model of gray changing-weight and clustering success-degree to each stage respectively, according to characteristic and evaluation target of each stage.At the end, this thesis made an empirical research and analyzed the evaluation results of A science and technology result conversion item according to the whole process evaluation model to the early stage, and verified the rationality and practicability of evaluation model. It put forward the proceeding which should be noticed in the conversion item of science and technology results, according to demonstration results, and provided basis for enterprise to carry on reasonable conversion of science and technology results.
