| Presently, the electric power enterprise has realized the separation of business from government. With joining WTO and electric power enterprise's deepening reformation, the business monopoly and policy advantage for electric power enterprise are disappearing, the profit space is shrinking, and the companies are facing high operation pressure and severe surviving environment. To strengthen the management of the enterprise, and improve profiting capability, and increase market competition capability are the important work at present.This paper studies the management system conditions of Kaiyuan Agricultural Electric Power Bureau. For example, the organizational structure system is unreasonable, and the financial management system is imperfect, and safety control system is imperfect, and lacks drive mechanism to staff, and so on. In this paper, the author proposes the reform measurements of financial management system, safety control system, and drive mechanism, and so on by using elementary theory of management, the centralization - division power theory, the salary drive mechanism and so on. The author also proposes matrix organizational structure. |
