The reform in Chinese power industry has achieved good performance through many years. However, at present the human resource management in power industry is still wandering around the stage of personnel administration which should introduce urgently the new management concepts and utilize science management methods and technology. Thus it may display the human resource functions effectively and serve for the enterprise strategic target realization. Therefore, there is realistic significance to study the human resource management case of a concrete power generation enterprise.Liaoning Huadian Tieling Power Generation Limited Company is a state-owner enterprise. At present, there are many problems in human resource management aspect, resulted by so many reasons, including the histrionic problems, and the new problems coming up during the development process of modern enterprise. Before resolving these problems, the first thing is to sort these problems out objectively, then discuss the source of creation, finally find out the efficient solution. In this paper, the case part mainly introduce the human resource management development course of Tieling Power Generation Limited Company, the company human resource management present situation and the existent question. The case analysis part use modern human resource management theory, union enterprise own characteristic, to carry through the thorough analysis about the human resource management present situation and the existing question of Tieling Power Generation Limited Company. On this base it also put forward some Countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of gaining the talented person, using the talented person, cultivating the talented person, appraising the talented person, driving the talented person and detaining the talented person and soon.This paper through researching power generation enterprise human resource management condition and existing problems and analysis them deeply. Then put forward related countermeasure and suggestion aim at existing problems so that provide reference and experience for Chinese power generation enterprise human resource management.
