Firstly, in this dissertation, the enterprise human resource requirement indexmodel was built up with the nonlinear dynamics theory, and the enterprise humanresource requirement was forecast based on this model. At the same time, byintroducing gray forecast theory, the enterprise human resource requirementmodel was built and the human resource were forecast. The final forecast resultshowed that the nonlinear dynamics forecast method was better and moreeffective than the gray forecast method.Secondly, the enterprise human resource structure was analyzed and thefactors that influenced the enterprise human resource were pointed out. Thus theinfluential factors were firstly forecast by the nonlinear dynamics theory andartificial neural network theory. Based on this, the artificial neural network modelof enterprise human resource structure was built and the human resource structurewas forecast by this mode. Besides, with the mixed regression theory, thecorrelation analysis and nonlinear regression for the influential factors were done.After that we did the linear regression on the whole. Thus the mixed regressionmodel of the enterprise human resource structure was founded. Furthermore, theenterprise human resource structure was forecast by the mixed regression model,specially for the actual data of ZC Corporation. In conclusion, the forecast resultshowed that these two forecast methods were rather good and their forecastprecision was satisfied.Finally, as viewed from the reserve of human resource, the importance ofreserve of talent and the problems that should be noted were discussed. At thesame time, the aim, effect, content and the weaving program of enterprise humanresource plan were discussed. Moreover, combined with our enterprise actual state,the balanced and coordinated relation of the enterprise human resource wasstudied.To sum up, in this dissertatin the enterprise human resource was forecast withthe nonlinear dynamics theory, artificial neural network and mixed regressiontheory respectively. And the enterprise human resource planning was discussed onthe whole. Anyway what has been done will be a base of further research workson the enterprise human resource.
