Optimization Research On Running And Planning Mode In International Logistic Enterprises

With China's entry to WTO, great improvements have taken place in our trade environment largely accelerating the international logistic situation. As the most important link, international warehousing operation has drawn increasing attention of the international logistic industry. However, goods circulating in the international warehousing and logistic operation involve two or more countries with high addition value and long transport distance, meanwhile the international warehousing enterprises are obliged to provide various services, such as customs declaration, safety security and international settlement. As a result, the requirements for their service cost and quality are high beyond other general warehousing enterprises. While the momentum for our foreign trade development is rapid and vigorous, advancement in international logistic industry is slowly creeping. Thus, how to regulate our international logistic enterprises and enhance their service standard has increasingly become the bottleneck of the foreign trade improvement.This context will start from the changes in trade environment after China's WTO accession and analyze our total demand trend of warehousing service in international trade, then compare the distinctions of warehousing enterprises at home and abroad and finally work out the impact factors in our current international warehousing corporations. Characteristics lying in our current warehousing enterprises are small scale, single-mode management style and nonstandard running, which is unmatched with the low profit level.Secondly, it will figure out the business volume of different international warehousing enterprises and set up mathematic model to find the investment scale of warehousing activity, including warehousing size, equipment and other running parameters. Then, it will make an analysis of the performance mode in our current international warehousing operation and have a summary of the impact factors in the performing efficiency. It will put forward the optimization approach through two methods, the warehousing location and access line and establish visual simulation model to check the optimization results and based on these visual simulation data, give advice to enterprises on factors and strategies they should pay great attention to in the logistic implementation.Thirdly, we will adopt data of some logistic enterprise in Changsha City as the primitive data in comprehensive visual simulation model, make a contrast of the advantages and disadvantages of the three plans and establish performance evaluation system one by one and use AHP to give a total evaluation.Finally, this context will give policy advice on how to improve the service standard of our international warehousing enterprises, perfect our warehousing industry and make a strong support to our international trade development which is suitable for our national situation.
