Under the supply chain management environment, there are not only the competition between the individual enterprises, but also the competition between the supply chains where the individual enterprises' potential integral competence comes from. It is this particular competition model that gives rise to the gradullay intensified uncertainty of enterprises' marketing environment. Under this situation, what the enterprises can do is to pay significant attention to the strategic supply chain management, to enhance the communication and the cooperation between the enterprises and the nodes in their supply chain, hence, to realize the multilateral winning situation among node enterprises in the supply chain. With the new purchasing pattern, the electronic purchase can automate and informationize the purchasing process among enterprises' nodes in supply chain, which will eventually reduce the purchasing cost and enhance the enterprises' competitiveness.Based on the market environment in supply chain management, the paper begins with basic concepts of purchase and electronic purchase. Then, a case about a domestic company in China, Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Zoomlion") is presented in the paper. Given the current situation of the company, the author analyzes its present purchasing form to find out the existing problems facing by Zoomlion company. After considering all these problems, a transformation plan for purchasing form is put forward, and also the corresponding future purchasing form. The paper suggests that a complete eletronic purchasing model is the furture direction for its purchasing management. However, the company should also fasten its electronic purchasing process under the condition of the company's own eletronic purchasing capability and the external environment where the electronic purchase is growing. In the conclusion, the paper suggests some recommendations for the Zoomlion company of its purchasing management.
