The commercial mode of electronic business platform has borderless effects so as to help the management scale of enterprise expand, which makes the enterprise break through the traditional regional restrictions and the demand information can be gathered in low cost and reach positive externality in the two ends of supply and demand. JD, the famous e-commerce enterprise, formally disclosed that its SKU in stock reached 40.20 million in May, 2014. YHD announced that its SKU broke through 3 million in July, 2014. And the large-scale comprehensive supermarkets of Walmart, the traditional retail tycoon, did not reach 200,000 in terms of SKU quantity. These phenomena fully show that the supply chain of e-commerce enterprise is complicated; the purchase difficulty of e-commerce enterprise is the new subject that the enterprise has to face.Through analysis of the purchase operation of Y company, this paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of daily purchase activity, bidding scheme, supervision of purchase process, purchase financial accounts, safety of purchase information and choice of purchase strategy mode. It also provides how to improve the sales and quality of the above-mentioned links through electronic scheme, including how to take advantage of electronic data supervision and techniques to solve daily purchase activities. Through self-owned website, seek for purchase source through public platform. Through online electronic supervision, guarantee the quality and efficiency of purchase. Meanwhile, this paper narrates how to build the electronic purchase mode and control purchase risk according to the features of the enterprise. In the research process of this paper, it uses Kraljic matrix model analysis method, comparative analysis method, combination of theory and practice to combine the links of electronic purchase with the reality of Y company. It also provides the electronic scheme of purchase links so as to help enterprises improve benefit in actual operation and provide reference and learning value for electronic research in management of supply chain.
