Project Management On Small And Medium Construction Enterprises

Project management on construction is an important branch of Project Management, it applied to all process of construction project management. The project management on construction enterprises usually involves bidding phase and the construction phase, the two phases of the project gives the most affection, which are involving many factors , the investment, quality, safety, environment, project schedule product delivery, product life projects, pre-operating costs ,etc. they are the key process of the entire process of project management. The current domestic construction enterprises has uneven level of project management, especially of small and medium-sized enterprises, many of the project management also remain in the stage of extensive management, and haven't introduced advanced project management ideas.In order to make better management of the small and medium-sized construction project, in this paper, it combining what I've learned and practiced ,summarize 10 years of experience of working at the construction scene of authors, and after more than seven months at special research, and reference information at home and abroad in this area of advanced experiences,targeting small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction Agenda items on how to implement the specific project management practices, and the project implementation phase of the management control elements of the management objectives of the method for peer reference. The most part of the text comes from the author on personal experience, and has successfully or failure scene experiences, some points are proposed by author, to greater returns, and is expected to be gradually site management certification.
