Application Research On EPC Engineering General Contract Management Model In YT Small And Medium-Sized Environmental Company Research

EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) engineering general contracting management model was applied to the construction of large engineering project. Environmental protection projects of small and medium enterprises have the characteristics of high technical requirements, professional strength, small size, etc., which makes the EPC project general contracting model is suitable for promotion and application in small and medium enterprises, but some constraints in the application process do exist, so how to implement EPC projects in small and medium enterprises in general contracting management should become an important research area.This paper took the example of YT small and medium-sized environmental company,who applied EPC general contract management to the construction of YT-WS01 project. Firstly, this paper is based on the characteristics of the medium and small environmental protection enterprises, and the combination of the force field analysis of driving force and constraining force in the small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of EPC project management model of the total contract management model. The driving force is mainly manifested in three aspects, namely, to reduce the project cost and improve the profit, the needs of stakeholders and the professional and technical requirements of small and medium environmental protection enterprises, while the constraining force is mainly in three aspects that weak enterprise comprehensive strength, imperfect organization and poor capabilities of information management. Secondly, this paper analyzes the seven challenges of EPC engineering general contract management model in the application of YT small and medium-sized environmental protection company on the basis of the actual implementation of the project combined with the actual situation of YT small and medium-sized environmental protection company. Thirdly, through the analysis and researches on the EPC project of YT-WS01 project that has been used successfully by YT, the advantages and strategic work of EPC engineering general contract management model in small and medium sized enterprises are summarized,providing reference and reference for the relevant environmental protection enterprises to use EPC project general contract management.Although this paper analyzes the application of YT in EPC project management model, but the different types of small and medium environmental protection enterprises and environmental protection projects have different characteristics, therefore,it still needs further study in promoting the application of EPC project general contracting management in the majority of small and medium enterprises.
