Analysis On The Morality Of The Distribution Way Of The Socialism At The Present Stage In China

Market economy of China's socialism is an inevitable choice for her structural reform of the economy. As an important part in the economic and social growth, the change of distribution has become a hottest topic of concerns.Distribution is an economic issue, and also a complex social and ethical problem in the form of economy. The ethics of distribution perform as fairness and impartialness. It is the basis and premise for studying the ethics of present distribution in China to historically inspect and review the ethics of distribution. The distribution in ancient Chinese society was realized as absolutely equal distribution and distribution according to ranks. The former advocated the absolute equalitarianism and opposed an unfair distribution; while the latter was for distribution of assets according to the power and status and against equalitarianism. Distribution according to the capital in western capitalism, which replaces the ancient Chinese distribution, has some historical progress. However, carrying out such distribution makes human's selfishness, heartless and greedy reach in the extreme degree. Only in the way of criticizing and reflecting on the distributions in ancient Chinese society and western capital society can we structure the ethics of present distribution in China's socialism.Currently, distribution according to one's work, without according to one's work and distribution on monopolizing profession are the main modes in China's socialism at present, which trigger major ethical issues as follows: First, the gap between the rich and the poor expands gradually and the contradiction between the strong and the vulnerable is deepening unceasingly; Second, there is little sense of social responsibility on some of the rich and there is increasing enmity from the poor to the rich; Third, asymmetric distribution causes people to pursue some social occupations blindly, and there is lower evaluation to some monopoly industries. Therefore, it is one of the important tasks in the present paper to construct the ethics of present distribution in China's socialism in a scientific and rational way and to change and correct the ethical problems exposed by different distributions. The scientific and rational distribution should include ethical principles, such as, people-oriented, harmonious appropriateness, unity of fairness and efficiency, and justice. When formulating the policy of distribution and adopting the related distributions, government and the relevant departments should promote and embody the following ethical guidance:First, to combine material reward with moral encouragement, and to pay more attention to honor incentive; Second, to protect the interests of the rich who rich first and to strengthen their awareness of the social responsibility; Third, to concern about the interests of the vulnerable in the process of social transformation and to strengthen social care; Fourth, to straighten out income distribution in trades and to alleviate the contradiction and the conflict between the different interests of the main subjects.
