Creation and distribution of wealth is the two major areas of the economics research, and also the theme of human economic development. Clark believes that "for the people engaged in research work of, the issue of distribution of wealth is an extremely important economic issue." Clark: "the distribution of wealth in all requests for the rights of the people ", Human society is based on the material means of subsistence production .production development is the principal axis of history. A human history, in a sense, is the first product of the development history. However, after the development of production, how to distribute is not a simple question. In the community relative scarcity of resources, how to carry out the distribution . Each person should have the same or more individuals should be in accordance with their contribution to the social distribution . How to carry out the distribution of wealth and income adjustment .All of these are human economic life faced by the outstanding problems.As human capacity to create wealth continuously strengthen, human gradually shift form the creation of wealth as the center to the distribution of wealth as the center of the times. From the actual situation of countries in the world, both developed and developing countries, capitalist or a socialist country, are faced with the problem of distributive justice. Thus, fully draw on the distribution of justice Marxist thinking, for us along the correct path of healthy development is of great significance.The structure of the paper as followed: in the first chapter, the paper limits conception of the justice and allotment justice; in the second chapter, the paper discusses the theory foundation of Max's allotment justice though; in the third chapter, the paper discussed main contents of Max's allotment justice though; in the fourth chapter, the paper discusses academic influence of Max's allotment justice though; in the fifth, the paper discusses the abundance development of Max's allotment justice though.
