Studies On The Distributive Justice Under The Condition Of Socialism

Distributive justice is not only the nuclear content of justice, but also a strong support for the great resurrection of Chinese people of Chinese dream. After over30years’opening-up and reform, China has become the second largest economic entity. The scale of the social wealth and quality of people’s lives have been improved to a new level.But at the same time, the income disparity has been widen and the construction of distribution system does not fit the speed of economic development. Eighteen big reports of the party has figured out we should raise the share of individual income in the distribution of national income and increase the share of work remuneration in primary distribution. A proper balance should be considered between efficiency and fairness in both primary and secondary distributionparticularlyfocusing on fairness in secondary distribution. There are still many problems in distributive justice in our country, and its theory has not been received enough attention and proper response from academia. From this aspect, in the times of our country trying hard to realize the Chinese Dream, it is worthy for us to study and do research on issues of how to maximize the distributive justice guided by the Marxism.This article firstly systematically reviews the classics representative distributive justice of Aristotle, Kant and the modern thought of distributive justice by John Rawls,Robert Nozick and Michael Walserfrom the meaning of distributive justice. This article also explains critics of Marx in Critique of the Gotha Program andIntroduction critique of Political Economics coming up with thoughtsofcommunist distribution system which is the public ownership of productions.The first phase of Communist society bases on the principle of distribution according to workand the advanced stage of the implementation bases on the principle of distribution of need. Marx put the historical materialism through into the field of social history, thus forming his unique understanding to justice. His research on the establishment and reform of the socialist distribution system is of great significance and for the contemporary China it provided guidance for its practiceof completeness ofits own characteristics of the distribution system.Secondly, this paper has systemically analyzed the dilemma of distributive justice under socialism and conclude the current position of unjust distributions among countries, areas and fields and the reason behind them. These disparities and unjust has lead to the negative development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on this, this paper has rediscovered and use the justice theory of Marxism and put forward that distribution justice shall follow the principles of equality principle, contribution principle and difference compensation principle under the background of socialismand combine these three principles and the whole process of organic process, explaining the specific solutions to distributive justice of beginning, process and result.The study of socialism distribution justice has provide theoretical guidance for the completeness of socialism distribution system and it has a very important theoretical value and realistic significanceto realize Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation of this nation using the distributive justice of Marxism theory to solve the current our country social development in various distribution contradictions and dilemmas.
