Income distribution is an eternal theme of the economic life . It relates to the majority of the most fundamental interests of the people, is the focus of people's livelihood. With the gap of income distribution becoming wide,how to achieve fair and just distribution of income becames a hot topic of many scholars. In recent years, the Party Central Committee has also been paid sufficient attention on the issue of income distribution, repeatedly emphasized the importance of fair social distribution, the distribution of income should be a positive adjustment. In this context the research on the issue of income distribution gap is significant.The allocation issue is not just economic issues, but also ethical issues. View of this, based on the distribution of ethics from the perspective of china's income distribution gap, to better achieve fair and just distribution of income. First of all, this paper illustrates the concepts include distribution, business ethics and distribution of ethics.Eviewed the development of Chinese and foreign distribution ethics to guide our thinking to solve the problem of income distribution gap. For the objective economic situation changes, clarify the distribution of the current ethical principles should be adhered to.Then examine the situation of income distribution at this stage, we can see the serious problem of income gap. Widening income distribution gap will have a tremendous social impact distribution of Ethics. Learn from foreign countries on the equitable distribution of some typical experiences and lessons are to achieve equitable distribution of a number of revelations, and put forward policy recommendations.
