The Universities Engineering Application The Life Cycle Cost Analysis Method Research

The Life-Cycle-Cost Analysis method (LCCA) based on the technical economics and the value engineering theory, application system thought, conducts the analysis research the LCC of the construction items. It is one effective analysis method for the project plan decision-making, the expense monitoring and the expense plan. This method has the imoprtant significance for saving the construction investment, reducting the LCC of the construction items.
