This article first introduced what is the theory of corporate development strategy,and then used this method as the basis to use the PEST analysis method,Porter's five-force method and SWOT analysis method,and conducted an in-depth study of the development history and the current development environment of X supermarket.analysis.Through analysis,it has been found that in the increasingly competitive environment,there are many uncertainties in the future development of X supermarkets.It faces both good development opportunities and advantages,as well as a series of challenges and threats.Concretely,this is mainly manifested in the following aspects: first,foreign supermarkets continue to enter and further squeeze the market;second,customer bargaining power has increased and profit margins have decreased;third,supermarket operating costs have continued to rise;and fourth,the emergence of new business models has caused the loss of customers.Specifically,the advantages X supermarkets currently have come mainly from two aspects: On the one hand,X supermarkets have sufficient cash flow,there is basically no shortage of goods;on the other hand,X supermarkets have a certain brand influence in the local area.With strong market share,the above two points have laid the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of X supermarkets in the future.Its weaknesses are mainly the relative backwardness of human resources management and the undeveloped level of logistics distribution.This has to some extent constrained the future development of X supermarkets.This is mainly manifested in the following aspects: First,foreign supermarkets have entered and further squeezed.Market;Second,customer bargaining power increases,profit margins decrease;Third,supermarket operating costs continue to rise;Fourth,the emergence of new business models caused the loss of customers.According to the development status and competitive environment facing X supermarkets,this paper believes that X supermarket should determine and implement a new development strategy,namely,a development strategy based on Fuzhou,Fujian,and fresh seafood as the main business,multi-business operations,and steady expansion.At the same time,this article believes that X supermarkets should implement this new development strategy and need to take the following measures: first,to improve the level of store management;second,to strengthen human resources development and management;third,to develop and use modern information technology;Strengthen the company's marketing management and control;Fifth,the capital operation has strengthened the post-development force.This paper studies how the regional supermarket chain in Fuzhou City seeks for development in the context of slower development of the entire retail industry,with certain pertinence and far-seeing characteristics.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing analysis,this article attempts to put forward some views on the strategic positioning of X supermarkets and the corresponding safeguard measures from various aspects,hoping to provide some inspiration for the future development direction of X supermarkets,and also for other The retail companies provide some useful experience,so that these companies have a better space for development in the future.
