Research On Technology Trasnfer Production Of Dalian Institute Of Chemical And Physics

Successful Technology transfer production is very important for the harmonious development of technology and economy. Independent technological innovation and industrialization of proprietary technology have become a very hot topic in this society and is very significant to development of technology and productivity.In this paper, the progress in technological innovation and the current situation of technology transfer production in Dalian Institute of Chemphy Physics (DICP) is introduced. The problem in their technology transfer production is present by analysis of typical cases. At the same times, a series of solutions are given out by comparison with successful cases of technology transfer production and learning of their experience of success.This paper consists of four parts.The subject of this paper is present in the first part of this paper. It include the purposes and meaning of this paper; brief introduction of DICP and the current situation of their technology transfer production; the problems in technology transfer production in DICP; the study plan and method to solve the problem.The typical cases are described and analyzed in the second part of this paper. By analysis of three typical cases (DMTO, Dalian Sunrise Power Co., Ltd, Dalian Chemphy Chemical Co., Ltd), the problems in the technology transfer production in DICP are identified and present.The third part consists of problems analysis and general working proposal for solution. In this part, the problems in the technology transfer production in DICP are summarized and the general working proposal guided by the innovation project system of Chinese Academy of Science is given out.The solution of problems is given out in the fourth part of this paper. Aimed at the regular problems and guided by the relative theory, the solution for advance of technology transfer production is designed. The solution is described in details in four aspects: the mature degree and applicability of technological achievement; technology property and technology transformation; capital support from enterprise; development of the talent team and culture.
