Research Of The Technology Transfer Path Selection Of China From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

For decades, China’s economy has maintained extensive development. The GDP annual growth remained above 8%. The speed of economy development has been located in the forefront of the world. Our people’s living standards continue to improve. However, the environmental problems is becoming more and more serious because of the rapid development of the economy. Serious waste of haze, water pollution, oil and coal resources waste has brought serious influence on people’s lives in C hina. The mode of economic development of our country should be changed in the future. The implementation of sustainable development, is the only way for China’s development in the future. Technology innovation and the development of science and technology is the key to the transformation of the mode of economic development in our co untry. And the transfer of technology is the key to improve the technological innovation capability of C hina’s overall. This paper summarizes the technology transfer theory. The technology transfer include two aspects, which are the lateral transfer of technology named Cross-regional technology transfer and the vertical technolo gy transfer named Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievement.In the aspect of lateral transfer of technology, by analyzing the factors that affect the performance of regional technology transfer from the perspective of sustainable development and combining technology transfer with Caniels knowledge spillover model, this article increased the scientific explanation of the correlation coefficient in the model and analyzed transferred technology characteristics and technology transfer method impact on the performance of technology transfer between regions of China.In the aspect of vertical technology transfer, Based on the theory and the research result of The Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievement(TSTA)and from the perspective of sustainable development, this article presents the efficiency of TSTA system coordination and uses two-stage chain DEA model and the method of phase correlation efficiency to analysis the efficiency of TSTA from several aspects.Combined with social network analysis theory, this paper presents the important area of the Cross-regional technology transfer, the characteristics and the critical path of the four ways of technology transfer. Then this paper provides policy recommendations for the transfer path of technology options. By using the method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis to study Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievement and the characteristics of each area of technological innovation and sustainable development, this paper also gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
