The magnesite deposits of Liaoning Province are about the 85% of China's reserves and 25% of the world, how to develop and utilize our rich but limited magnesite resources rationally? This issue is not only having decisive factor to the economic development of Liaoning, but also having major impact for the Chinese economic.At present, the annual output of various types of magnesium products are 500 million tons, but manufacturers are up to more than 300, which not only caused the human resources and equipment resources scattered, decreased the efficiency of energy and resources, increased pollution point, made difficulty to comprehensive management, but also caused narrow profits because majority of enterprises are in the production of a lower-phase, lower prices. Therefore, it's very necessary to support some of key enterprises according to the market rules. At the same time we need to shut down some serious pollution and chaotic management enterprises based on relevant laws of environmental protection.As experts in magnesite analyze, fused and high-purity magnesia production are the main direction now and for a long time in accordance with the characteristics of their own. A enterprise is planning to invest fused or high-purity magnesia production line now. Because my job, I always contact with A enterprise, have deep understanding to it and also have a certain understanding to several other companies in magnesia production; Therefore, I choose A enterprise's investment in magnesia production line as the object of my study to analyze and demonstrate, mainly to use the suggestion by experts and scholars on the development and utilization of the resources and methods, using the technical and economic evaluation methods, from a technical process equipment, economic and social benefits, and other aspects; to provide investment decision-making information for A enterprise; to let decision-makers have a quantifiable understanding to make their advisable choice; and I hope that through the demonstration of the project, other industrial companies can use similar methods as reference, thereby, promote domestic magnesite industries to the high levels.
