As 21 century coming, the economy grows even faster and its characters are going to be more variety, speedy and crisis involved. The companies, which feel extremely difficulty to making correct strategy, are tending to rely on "another brain - consulting agency" to help them out. That's why consulting agency plays important role.At present, the weakness of executive ability is a common problem and usually considered as potential crisis within enterprise. So many companies are still lacking of recognition on neither theory nor real practice of executive ability, they could able to make great strategy and clearly understand their direction, but however they can never implement as they planned because of no enough executive ability. Even more, it becomes a must have part in China national enterprises since their corporation system are restricted by government style.Field Force, which continue to grow up for six years as a consulting agency, are facing more complicated marketing environment right now. More global agencies are starting to enter Chinese market while local agencies improved their service & integrate multi-aspect resources to compete with top level; Field Force then has to transferring its company structure in order to fit in new competitive marketing environment, the key element is-executive ability.This article combines both theory and sample investigation methods, introduces executive ability theory at the beginning and analysis the facial and inside problem of Field Force as well. Also evaluate the executive ability of Field Force from different aspect through special designed measuring model, which includes company strategy, operation process & human resources. All these insights about is to increase corporation competitive power.■Build logical strategy making process■Improve human resources process through re-construct company structure■Create effective employee incentive system■Build corporation culture based on executive ability■Improve operation process■Build up evaluation process Through study on Field Force case, it directly proves executive ability plays fundamental role on improve service quality and efficiency.
