Study On The Lean Logistics In Automobile Enterprises Based On Green Supply Chain

As China joined WTO, protections such as tariff and quota have disappeared, automobile enterprises will face higher environment request and greater competition pressure in the future. So automobile enterprises should pay more attention to improve the level of operations management and environment management, integrate the green supply chain management with the lean logistics together, use manufacture technology, management skill, information technology and environment technology synthetically to optimize the enterprises and the supply chain. Automobile enterprises should make products come into the market quickly with high quality, low cost, well serving, little resource consume and little environment pollution, improve enterprises and the supply chain's competitiveness, obtain good economic, social and environmental benefit. Under the mode of the green supply chain, it is arduous and complicated to actualize lean logistics, there must be a series of new problems and demands. In order to operate effectively and reach the anticipated implementing effect, automobile enterprises must carry on scientific, systemic and overall control.This paper combines the management, mathematics, logistics management, supply chain management, system theory, environment science and other relevant theory, on the basis of fully investigation, uses comparative analysis, ratiocinative analysis, theoretic analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis synthetically to study automobile enterprises' lean logistics based on the green supply chain.This paper analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign research situations about the green supply chain and the lean logistics; Studied on the essential theory of logistics management, the green supply chain and lean logistics; Described the content and characteristic of automobile enterprises' logistics, gave a conceptual model of the green supply chain, the concept of the lean logistics based on the green supply chain, and analyzed the differences between the lean logistics based on the green supply chain and the traditional lean logistics; Gave the operation system framework about automobile enterprises' lean logistics based on the green supply chain, and analyzed the support condition of the framework, including lean organization, advanced technology and information sharing platform; Analyzed the current situation about automobile enterprises' purchase logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics, and returned logistics, and gave the countermeasures to implement lean supply logistics, lean production logistics, lean distribution logistics, and lean returned logistics based on the green supply chain; Analyzed and discussed the principle and content of performance evaluation of automobile enterprises' lean logistics based on the green supply chain, design a performance evaluation index system, gave an AHP-MFCE evaluation model based on the thought of continuously improving, and gave a mathematical calculation about the model.
