| Automobile manufacturing, is the important part of country economic, also the embodiment of country’s colligate strength. As the important country in producing and consuming the automobile, the situation of automobile enterprises has an large impact to our country. Logistics has played a more and more important role during the course of automobile making. Lean thinking, root in the revival experience of Japanese automobile manufacturing, is a summation of management thinking and ways of manufacturing from Toyota Production System. Integrate lean thinking into logistics field, form the theory of lean logistics. Lean logistics, emphasize the reduce of cost, put an end to waste; make the manufacturing course perfect; pull produce, supply exact service to the customers. In nowadays, the impact of crisis still exist, automobile enterprises are facing a more serious pressure from competition, the applications of lean logistics, is a necessary result of modern society, can help automobile enterprises to resolve many problems exist now. But many collisions must to happen, so many problems had to be noticed.This paper use comparative analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis synthetically to study.This paper analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign research situations about the lean logistics; studied on the essential theory of logistics, lean logistics; described the characters and development tend of automobile manufacturing logistics; analysis the characters of supply logistics, produce logistics, sales logistics and return logistics in automobile manufacturing enterprises; mention the problems during work also the essential of lean logistics and introduce how the lean logistics works. Make Changchun, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou as examples, analyze the main problems and make some suggestions. Make a model and a system to judge of the logistics, to hope supply a quantitative suggestion to the lean logistics works in automobile manufacturing enterprises. |
