With the development of economic society, the investment scale on electric power projects is getting larger and larger. An astonishing demand for fund is sureness. The traditional corporate funding mode is quite difficult to meet fund demand for constructing electric power projects in large-scale. Since the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of project funding modes are much different in use, so choosing a suitable project funding mode according to concrete demands and characteristics of each project has become an urgent problem which should be solved in the development of the Chinese electric power industry. In accordance with imitations of traditional corporate funding, careful analyses of funding modes theory and concrete conditions of Chinese electric power constructions, the paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of each funding mode and provides concrete experienced funding mode and funding program for Chinese electric power industry. The paper consists of five chapters.
