A Study On Electric Power Industry Development In Heilonjiang Province

As the leading energy sources province throughout our country,Heilongjiang is one of earliest national developed and constructed old industrial bases.The electric power as the foundational industry of the national economy , suffered from the unprecedented shortage of challenges in majority of areas in our country in recent years. But in this challenge,our province stands in a reserve force side as the status of the few in number electric power wealthy province. This is an opportunity as well as a challenge for the development of our province electric power industry.In order to satisfy the demand for transporting the electric power to the south and the developing in my own province, in the past two years our province constantly increased the electricity generation as well as vigorously established kinds of power plants. However, duing to historical reasons,there are many questions that can't be neglected in electric power industry in our province,for instance, irrational power source structure, uncoordinated supply and demand and so on. Coupled with the national electric power organizational reformation in 2002, it is also an impact to electric power industry in our province,which maked the existing question further deepen and expand. Aimed at the prominent question at present in electric power industry in our province, this article had a thorough analysis,and according to the current domestic macroscopical environment, using the industrial connection theory and the theory of comparative advantage as well as the leading industrise choice theory as a support, also proposed a conception that establishing electric power industry for a dominant industry in our province and some relevant development strategies.
