The Study On The Development Strategy Of National High-tech Industrial Development Zones Of Taiyuan

China is a developing country, since reform and opening up through the introduction of foreign advanced scientific and technological results achieved rapid development.Excessive reliance on the introduction of foreign advanced technologies in China led to a certain extent,independent innovations, This has become China's coordinated economic and social development bottlenecks. Innovation is the soul of national progress and prosperity of the country inexhaustible power. Building an innovation-oriented country——the 16th CPC Fifth Plenary will be strengthened in the ability of independent innovation as a national strategy in our economic and social development in a prominent position. The strategic of Building an innovation-oriented country is in line with China's sustainable economic and social development. The state's high-tech Development Zone is an innovation-oriented country, the main carrier China's high-tech industry's survival platform.Premier Wen Jiabao made the national high-tech zones in the new era of "four-in-one" strategy for development, that the zones should be to promote technological progress and strengthening the ability of independent innovation of the major carriers, promote regional economic restructuring and transformation of economic growth modes powerful engines, High-tech enterprises to "go abroad" to take part in international competition in the service platform, usurp the world commanding point in the high-tech industry foreword positions.This paper management from the ecological point of view. Combining Chinese and foreign high-tech development zones in the development process and Analysising the current development of China's high-tech development zones ,we used the expanded diamond model to research Taiyuan high-tech zone's development strategy .we also make deep thought about strategic choice and implementation of Taiyuan high-tech zones.That Integrating strategic management of resources and the ability of school's view expanded diamond model and use this model to analysis development strategy of Taiyuan high-tech zones are author's innovations. This is of a certain value in theoretical innovation and practical guide.In this paper, the first part raise the questions , and introduced the domestic and international high-tech development process.In the second part defines the high-tech, high-tech industries and high-tech industrial development zones and other related concepts and contrast the high-tech zones and other areas of the economy. On the basis of analysising the national high-tech development zones' Niche ,we expounded Taiyuan high-tech development zone' position and function in Shanxi new energy and industrial base construction.In the third part,we elaborated Porter's diamond model , analysis its limitations theoretical and develop its theory. We revealed the expansion of the diamond model of Taiyuan high-tech development zone' strategic studies Inspiration.In the fourth part, based on the developing diamond e model , We analyzed the Taiyuan high-tech development zone' development strategy. Analysis of a major Taiyuan high-tech zone with the resources and capacity, as well as its external face of the living environment.In the fifth part, on the basis of part one,part two part three,part four's theoretical and empirical analysis, We have proposed a strategic position and goals. We also have proposed a strategic response and suggestions about achieving Taiyuan high-tech zone leapfrog development.
