Company A is a professional enterprise engaged in underwear and underwear material, mainly for supply to the domestic and abroad brand underwear, and ranked first spear of all the OEM underwear products. As a major OEM factories, OEM profitable tmodel has become the largest bottleneck of company A with the expansion and increasing competition in the industry. When company A decision-makers decided to create its own brand of seamless underwear, and want to complete the transformation from OEM processing to its own brand of transformation, the marketing strategy, marketing channels and brand building have became the "three big mountains" company A facing.To help the company out of this predicament, this paper analysis from the market situation, environment, competition, enterprise status and so on of seamless underwear for the status and problems of Company A. on account of company A have the superiorities of the production costs and superior technology, put forward a strategy of using low-cost, low risk means of a gradual attempt marketing strategy to create its own brand of seamless underwear, and enforce the development of company A.
