Case Analysis Frameworks And Applications Of International Project Contract

First, this thesis introduces development, characteristics and problems of international project contract in China, as well as presents a case analysis and the methods of analysis are important to international project contract. Second, this thesis expounds the main sectors of all stages of management of engineering project for international project contract, and acquires the targets in appraising an international project contact and its' contractors on the basis of summarizing and comparing contactors' evaluation methods and methods for project post-evaluation. Last, combining the international market development trends with the analysis of the key sectors during implementing international project contact, this thesis further summarizes the key elements which affect the success or failure of international project contact.Based on forgoing contents and combined author's engineering practice and research, this thesis raises a case analysis framework of international project contract which includes data collection framework and analysis process etc. Through a practical case, this thesis makes a specific analysis by the application of the case analysis framework of international project this thesis raised.This thesis takes a mechanical and electric system project for Metro as an example. This project was contracted by a national enterprises group by the way of Engineering Procurement Construction/Turnkey in a central Asian country. And the thesis makes a specific analysis about characteristics and difficulty of the project and all aspects of project management. As well as the thesis assesses the project's implementation and effectiveness and analyzes success and failure of the project. These provide experience and lessons for international project contract and project management in the future.
