Construction project begins to transform from planned economy to market economy with the development of national construction economy, and the project management in construction also changed from first extensive management to elaborate management, there must be many risks as the result of project characteristics. So, many professionals began to study the project risk management now. However, as our country starts lately in this aspect, there is no a scientific, standardized system, and the study of project risk is not deeply and thoroughly for risk management of construction project. Project contract is legal basis for the negotiation between the owner and contractor, project contract risk management refers to the full consideration of the conditions, then identify, evaluate and deal the contract risk in the whole process of project implementation, and take reasonable measures or strategies to reduce the probability of risk or reduce losses after the risk happened.Zi Chang Oil Production of Yan Chang Oil field limited liability company and Zi Chang county seat Yan repair petroleum machinery limited liability company are the employer and contractor of Yu Jia Ping water diversion project, Named Tian Jiawa water-injection plant replace 3292 pipeline engineering, the specific content is to replace three slidsĪ†48 glass fiber reinforced plastic injection, which is 2.7 kilometers long. Due to the characteristics of the project and the contract is complicated, so it is important work to manage the risk of the project contract,which is significant to the project.In this paper, the research content is that aim to reduce the probability of occurrence of risk and the loss after risk, put forward risk identification, assessment and response for engineering contract based on the theoretical knowledge, methods of project management and project contract risk management and the instance of Yu Jiaping water diversion engineering project contract management, so that to achieve the purpose of this research. This paper introduces background and significance of the research firstly, then introduces the current development situation of domestic and international project contract risk management and the research framework. Introduces the theory of contract risk management and the commonly used coping strategies and measures, which provides a theoretical basis for the instance study. Lastly, make a detailed risk analysis before signing the contract, implementation of the project, finishing touches combine the instance of Yu Jiaping water diversion engineering project, and put forward contract risk response measures.Finally, this paper summarizes the research results and points out the direction of study.
