With the rapid development of china's opening-up policy and market economic, especially during the recent decades, our telecommunication industry has enjoyed a significant growth, which witnessed by the whole world. The telecommunication industry in China has turned it from the bottleneck of limiting the economic development to the vital sector for economic growth. With the continuous reform deepening and gradually opening policy for the foreign capital, especially the issue of 3G license, the telecommunication industry in China will keep a high-speed growth. Presently, China has become the world largest country in the telecommunication network scale and subscribed personal users; meanwhile, the focus of competition in Telecommunication market has changed from the individual clients to the more potential group clients market.Based on the research of intensified competition between our company and competitors at the group clients business in Sichuan province and initiated by the practical facts and relevant materials, the article integrates the knowledge of marketing, management and strategic management, etc., undertake a comprehensive research of how Sichuan Unicom Co. construct a practical marketing strategy for group clients by the methods of generalization and deduction, etc.. Hopefully, this article will bring practical reference for marketing strategy of Sichuan Unicom CO.
