Study On The Model Of Construction Project Dynamic Alliance And Its Performance Evaluation

Under the environment of economic globalization, in order to respond the market opportunity, the dynamic alliance, which takes the information technology as a foundation, is composed of many agile enterprises that have specialty in different fields. The enterprises share the risk and the achievement altogether. After the dynamic alliance is put forward as the brand-new organization mode, it causes the worldwide general concern. In recent years, this management mode based on the idea of cooperation and common benefit is applied extensive. In the construction industry, more and more enterprises realize that it becomes impossible for an enterprise to grasp fast-changing market opportunities only by integrating its interior resources, especially today's construction project's scale becomes larger, the technology and structure is more and more complex, the social division is more and more detailed, and the specialization level becomes higher and higher, the traditional group project management pattern has not up to the demand of the new situation. Therefore, each kind of construction organization must look for better management countermeasure in order to adapt the new environment, and maintenance competitive advantage, the model of dynamic alliance will be the reform orientation of project management because of its prominent advantages in every aspect. This paper introduces the theory of dynamic alliance into project management, which can provide real significance and theoretical value to promote construction enterprises'abilities of responding the market changes, enhance enterprises'core competence, and avoid excessive competition, further promoting the construction industry develop sustained and healthily.This paper introduces the theory of dynamic alliance into project management after analyzing its concept, characteristic and fundamental operation model, proposes the concept and connotation of construction project dynamic alliance, the feasibility and theoretical foundation of which are also described. Then make further discussion about the establishment process and the support platform of construction project dynamic alliance on the basis of study the key element, And then through analyzing the question that construction project dynamic alliance while operating should be paid attention to, the cooperation mechanism, conflict disposal mechanism, motivation and restriction mechanism, benefit sharing mechanism and risk prevention mechanism are put forward, in order to provide theory support for construction project dynamic alliance's operation healthily. Finally, this paper has set up a multi-level performance evaluation index system of construction project dynamic alliance on the foundation of summarizing the research achievements on alliance's performance evaluation performance and combining with the characteristic of construction project dynamic alliance, and adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the index system, that makes dynamic alliance model applied in construction project can be appraised in time and improved continuously.
