Supplier Selection Research For Procurement Dynamic Alliance Based On Construction Project

In the context of globalization, the competition among contractors have beenmore and more severe, contactors come to realize that in order to accomplish aconstruction project, they should combine their resources rather than work separately,so the constitution of procurement dynamic alliance has become inevitable. In theconstitution of procurement dynamic alliance, the selection of suppliers is veryimportant, and this thesis is committed to the selection of suppliers for procurementdynamic alliance.To solve this problem, on the basis of corporation's core competence, this thesisintroduced a three-stage model for the selection of suppliers. In the first stage,contractor performs an evaluation of suppliers'core competence, and the FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation is utilized in this stage, five best suppliers will bequalified to enter the next stage. In the second stage, the Weighted ComparativeMinimal Deviation Method is used for the evaluation of suppliers'core making, andtwo best suppliers will be able to enter the final stage. In the final stage, an integratedevaluation based on 0～1 Objective Programming Model will determine one supplierfor each core resource, and these suppliers selected will form a procurement dynamicalliance with the contractor.In the final chapter, a case was cited to test the 3-stage selection model proposedin this thesis, and the feasibility and practicality of this selection process has beenproved.
