Study On The Problem Of Coordinated Development Of The Rural Industrialization And Urbanization

The problem of agriculture, rural and peasants concerns our country economic and social development all the time. In our country's current rural reform practice, low rural educational level aggravated the excessive contradiction of our country rural labor. Industrialization and urbanization of many local rural area open but not move, or get it in gear slowly; some places emphasize that urbanization which lead to a lot of peasants to lose lands and home. As far as Wanzhou concerned, all above problems appeared. Wanzhou is located in the center of Three Gorges Project. The development of society, economy and organism's habits is relevant to the life-span of Three Gorges Project vitally. The agriculture occupies important position in Wanzhou District. If Wanzhou needs to realize great-leap-forward development, it must push forward the rural economic reform and the industrialization and urbanization.At first, the paper researches the average theory of rural industrialization and urbanization, fixes the boundary of concept of rural industrialization and urbanization. On the background of above mentioned, the article expounds the mechanism and interaction of coordinated development of the rural industrialization and urbanization.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction which lists the background of problem and the question, goal and research methods of the research.The second part analyzes the theory of coordinated development of the rural industrialization and urbanization. The part fixes the boundary of concept of rural industrialization and urbanization and analyzes their interaction.The third part analyzes the process of evolution and current situation of Wanzhou's rural industrialization and urbanization proceeding from the meaning of rural industrialization and urbanization. The part thinks that Wanzhou's rural industry is still in early stages of industrialization.The fourth part analyzes restrain factors and affect of coordinated development of the rural industrialization and urbanization. It points out the main reason are weak theory research and blurred cognition, and the unreasonable growing mechanism of faucet enterprise.The fifth part is the main part of innovations in the paper. It proposes the countermeasures of accelerating coordinated development of the rural industrialization and urbanization. Such as accelerating the process of rural area which become market-oriented , promoting many ways of benefits unifies , promoting the industrialization and urbanization could be complemented and benefiting each other, building scientific way of development and so on.The sixth part is conclusions and policy applying. Author concludes the research result of paper and gives out the suggestion about how to accelerate urbanization in Wanzhou.
