The Coordinated Development Of New Industrialization, New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Anhui Province

Over the past30years, Chinese economy developed rapidly, the industrialization andthe urbanization is progressing, but agricultural modernization level obviouslylagsbehind the industrialization and urbanization level and the urban-rural gap iswidening. As a big agricultural province, the level of agricultural modernization ofAnhui province is low, and industrialization has not yet to completed the upgrade ofindustrial structure. New urbanization is dividends of Chinese development in the newera. Implementing the coordinated development of new industrialization, newurbanization and agricultural modernization is the key way to accelerate economicdevelopment and change the urban-rural dual structure in Anhui province.First of all, the new industrialization, new urbanization and agriculturalmodernization of related theories are analyzed in this paper.Using the collaborativetheory to explore the interaction of their coordinated development mechanism, andbased on the perspective of urban and rural integration, analysis the state that theircoordinated development was reached, the implementation of the industrialization of theeconomy, the senior state of city and the ecological cycle. Then based on the analysis ofdomestic and foreign experiences and current situation of Anhui province, building newindustrialization, new urbanization and agricultural modernization coordinateddevelopment index system, and using the principal component analysis and data16cities in2011, measure their coordinated degree. The result indicated that the level ofagricultural modernization lag behind urbanization level, the urbanization level lagsbehind the industrialization level; Hefei, Wuhu, Maanshan and Tongling is coordinateddevelopment of higher quality, while other areas coordination degree is higher, but theindustrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization level of comprehensivescores were lower, the new industrialization, new urbanization and agriculturalmodernization coordinated development is still a difficult task. Finally, on this basis,combining with differences across development, targeted policy suggestions are putforward.
