The China Rural Special Technique Association Of Jinan City Discuss Some Problems In The Development And Study Results And Suggestions

The China Rural Special Technique Association (CRSTA), acts as an important driving force for the development of the nation's rural economy, over nearly 10 years since its founding, through uniting China's Building a new socialist countryside task, has made important contributions to the progress of agriculture science and technology, as well as the economic and social development in rural area At present, CRSTA has developed into a historical period to build an overall better-off society, and the agricultural science and technology community are facing with an even more glorious but arduous historical mission. As a national organization of China's scientific and technological personnel, CRSTA is now leading its affiliated organizations and members to render better service to the countryside's economic and social development, to the improvement of rural scientific literacy, and to the scientific and technological personnel. In the meantime, it will further strengthen its own capacity building in a continuous manner. "To enhance the exchange and cooperation with college and technology communities" was set as one of CRSTA's objectives as early as in its founding years. Recently, "to promote local market and factory cooperation in the fields of science and technology, and develop reforms with rural social economy activity" was formally amended into CRSTA Statute. As the leading institution in the rural area, government pay more attention to CRSTA, so as to its developing trend will be splendid.This essay research CRSTA in an non-profitable point of view , discuss some problems of CRSTA including its now status and developing background especially its important function in the nation's new rural countryside construction mission. The author conduct investigations on issues relating to long-term and strategic development of the CRSTA, reflect study results and suggestions, and provide policy consultations in order to accelerate the new construction for Jinan's rural area and harmonious society reform.
