Human resource is the strategic resource of modern enterprises and the most important factor in the development of the enterprises. So there has to be a set of scientific and standardized management mechanism of human resource if long-term competition capacity and development are to be achieved for an enterprise. Promptings mechanism plays an important role in the management policies on the management of human resource, which means satisfying the basic substantial and physic conditions of creating, promoting and fulfilling the enthusiasm, go-aheadism and creativeness to achieve the expected goals of enterprises. On such condition, to a great extent whether there is a set of suitable, complete and efficient promoting mechanism of human resource in an enterprise determines the prosperity of the enterprise.LT Company is a large-scaled private enterprise, where there has formed a comparatively perfect management mechanism which suits the operation of mother-daughter companies. But compared to the advanced management patterns home and abroad, there is some difference in the respect of internal promoting mechanism management, which has caused the lack of energy in the enterprise and the difficulty in the selecting of excellent employees and then blocked the enterprise from development. Human resource becomes the bottleneck of the development of the company especially when they implemented the once-more carve out goal of making the company to be a big group company with outstanding main domain, good operation, excellent property and prominent benefit in 2005.The paper is on the research, analysis of the status of the promoting mechanism in LT Company. Through the way of combining the theoretical and physical analysis, the study of the whole and the main point, it tries to figure out what is the problem with the mechanism of the company. On this basis, combining the modern advanced human resource theory and borrowing from the advanced promoting mechanism patterns home and abroad, it puts forward an excellent proposal to form a comparatively perfect promoting mechanism so that the company can maintain continuous development.On the detail design of the promoting mechanism the paper attaches great importance on the layer and the mobility. In accordance with the status in the company, firstly to make the payment system perfect, and to put forward plans that the administrative and the best workers have the access to the shares while the workers have the access to the occupation development through many promotion ways, hoping that this can do some favor to the research of the promoting mechanism in the small-scaled and middle-scaled enterprise, and also it can help to form the China-charactered promoting mechanism patterns of enterprises as soon as possible.
