30 years of reform and opening up,achievement be obvious to people,is not only the country's economic strength has make a spurt of progress of reform and opening up,each participant is also fully enjoy the dividends of reform,feel the progress and development of the reform and opening up.Today,the national most important economic organizations--enterprises also follow in sb.'s footsteps,played an important role in the economic life.The nature of enterprises including state-owned enterprises,private enterprises,and so on,whatever the nature of the enterprise,the human resource management has become the core competitiveness of enterprises,enterprise sustainable development possible.Human resources are from the early "personnel department" towards "human resources";from the administrative command file management,personnel allocation is simple and rough,to today's people-oriented,and give full play to explore the potential of each person,play to their creativity,innovation,get rid of the administrative order,task instructions from top to bottom of the set.As the ideological change,learning and training,cross level communication,management and so on a series of people-oriented,people-centered,source system to attract talents,to provide talents for the development of enterprises,to achieve personal development and enterprise development and win-win,complement each other.Human resource management is faced with how to maintain the stability of the team can be avoided,especially how to make the core staff to maintain the stability of the problem?Of course,the enterprise culture in a mature and excellent staff takes a lot of material and financial resources,and when mature staff due to various reasons,left the company,or slack work,whether it is because of the income,the sense of achievement,personal development limited......They leave,or go-slow will bring negative effects,especially when they have become managers or executives,middle,or when their loss,for whatever reason,but all of the enterprise is a great loss,it caused a small enterprise temporary embarrassment,will hurt the enterprise vitality in particular,it set up a separate kitchen or to join rival teams.So,how to use the incentive mechanism to help enterprises to retain,attract more talented people,but also can make the backbone of Enterprises--managers find the position,to play its due role,stimulate their enthusiasm for work,has become a common topic in both theory and practice,the focus of concern.This paper will take A company as the research object,mainly through the relevant theoretical knowledge of the system to use the incentive mechanism,to explore in the private enterprise,the feasibility and practice of incentive mechanism,and uses the questionnaire survey and depth interviews,the main problems and contradictions existing in-depth research and analysis of the company's management incentive mechanism,the use of the incentive mechanism theory,and proposes the solutions and feasible scheme to the development of enterprises,to provide a solid reserve two venture.This has been the initial capital accumulation,facing the two pioneering Internet era of medium-sized enterprises,there will be a positive reference for the common good,has theoretical and practical significance to explore a combination of theory and practice of the incentive mechanism of the road.
