Along with our country economy increasingly active and the development of market economy,private enterprises,the private enterprise is generally the predicament of human resource problems at present stage,restricts the rapid development of private enterprises.In this paper,the author in the Beijing area is a private enterprise family-based management XTH the company as the research object,analyses the existing personnel recruitment difficulties,high turnover rate;Lack of training system,training process to elaborate;Salary welfare system for contract,opaque;Frequent disputes,labor relations,such as economic losses in human resources management present situation.In order to a deeper understanding of a problem,the author handed out questionnaires in the company.the comb for getting the result of the questionnaire to obtain the employee satisfaction evaluation to the company's existing situation.Questionnaire feedback in human resource management system is the most and hope to get the solution of the problems to be settled urgently for us to provide the reference direction.Finally find out the cause from two aspects of internal and external company human resource management system not satisfied at the moment.First national human resources management system is not perfect,and lack of manpower to carry out the situation of labor relations and supervision mechanism of the enterprise,make enterprise advantage.Second,family-based nature of the private enterprise and historical problems caused the company to do not take the human resource management,have not been able to have a perfect human resource management system.Carding and analysis of the causes,according to the state of before add employee survey results.The author puts forward some Suggestions for improving type of XTH company: 1.The recruitment channels,job content accurately.2.Improve the system of staff training,improve the quality of training.3.Further standardize salary welfare system.4.In accordance with the law in accordance with the principle to properly handle the labor relations.5.Make enterprise human resources development planning.Hope to the future of the enterprise development and the human resources system to be more perfect in to contribute to it.
