With the development of information technology and globalization, the social relationship inside the corporation has changed greatly. Employee trust, which is based on equity and safety, is gradually decreasing. This research aims at exploring the relationship of corporate culture and employee trust by empirical analysis, in order to provide the suggestions to the corporations who want to increase the employee trust by building corporate culture.Founded on the review of the previous research, this research specifies the design of the research, and then puts forward the hypotheses. By collecting the data through the questionnaire and analyzing the data by utilizing various statistical methodologies, the hypotheses are examined and the main conclusions of the research can be included:1. The level of employee trust on corporations is obviously lower than that on supervisors and colleagues.2. Demographic backgrounds have effects on employee trust. Marriage Status and Age have significant effects on employee trust on supervisors and colleagues. Gender has significant effects on employee trust on corporations.3. Corporate culture is one of the factors which influence employee trust. Different cultural traits and indexes have influence of different levels. Empowerment, Team Orientation, Strategic Direction & Intent and Vision have positive effects on employee trust. Creating Change has negative effect on employee trust.4. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, this research provides thesuggestion on increasing the employee trust:(1) To enhance the employees' involvement within the company, can improve their trusts effectively.(2) A comparatively stable business model or working style shall be established in the company. To create changes frequently will harm the employees' trusts.(3) To strengthen the mission of the company, can also improve employees' trusts.
