From the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, China and South Korea cooperate closely and they are mutual important business partners. In addition, China is the largest country of Korean foreign investment. With more and more South Korean companies being opened in China, many South Korean companies such as Samsung, LG, are successful. Of course, some companies are successful and then failure in the end for bad management. A company's prosperity mainly depends on its management and its vitality comes from its corporate culture. The corporate culture leads the developing direction of the company like an invisible hand. Whether a company is successful or not , it always reminds us of the significance of the cultural construction to the company's development. In term of the cross-cultural companies, cultural conflict resulted from cultural difference is one of the major unavoidable risks in the process of their cross-cultural management. It is also the most difficult problem of the cultural construction.This thesis begins with the perspective of the corporate culture, using a variety of methods such as the combination of investigation, study and statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Integrating theory with practice, with the use of relevant theories of corporate culture model, the current situation of corporate culture of JDBS, a South Korea-owned company is objectively analyzed and evaluated. Combining the practical situation of JDBS in the present stage of development, the aspects of the construction of its corporate culture that need to be improved are put forward. The analysis can give reference to the related transnational enterprises in China and other countries.The thesis includes the following five sections: Part I: Focusing on the research background, as well as methods, research framework and the innovation of this thesis; Part II: The main theory is reviewed, including the development of theoretical research and the basic elements of corporate culture (meaning, structure, characteristic, function), the status quo of cross-cultural management theory and the research of corporate culture in China and South Korea; The third part: Analyzing the influencing factor of the construction of corporate culture of JDBS and basing on the research results of the current situation of it, respectively, from four levels such as spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and material culture ,the status quo of its corporate culture and its major problems are objectively and deeply analyzed. It directs the remodeling of cultural system further; Part IV: Elaborating the design of cultural system of JDBS. First of all, making sure of the aim, tasks , principles of the construction of corporate culture and the tactics of its remodeling; Then remodeling spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and material culture in detail; Part V: Putting forward the principles , steps, and effective measures of the implementation of its corporate culture construction. Finally, the paper sums up and summarizes the important conclusions and characteristics of the study.
