As global economy grows more and more drastic day by day, domestic enterprises are becoming more eager to seek the model of sustainable development. Entrepreneurs, managerialists and economists of various countries are studying the core competitiveness of enterprises unceasingly. And excellent enterprise culture is cultivated with great concentration on the basis of organizational structure of enterprise, human resource and strategic operation. Distinguished enterprise culture can form measurable competitive edge. The managerialist Kurt drew such a conclusion through years of research and investigation: those enterprises which value characteristics of enterprise culture overwhelm those who think little of the construction of enterprise culture in business performance.
