Knowledge Transfer Mode And Application Based On Farm Product Safety Monitoring Information System

There is increasing focus on the farm product safety with the developing of economics and improving of life. At the same time, knowledge management gets more and more attentions from academies and enterprises in and abroad in the knowledge-based economy. Considering both sides, the thesis tries to use the theory of Knowledge Management to improve the safety of farm product.In order to improve the safety of farm product effectively, safety controlling and improving the safety of farm product at the front beginning are necessary. So it is important to improve relative ones' corresponding skills. And it becomes the core that how to improve the efficiency of receiving farm product safety knowledge. Because of the variety of farm product, the farm product safety knowledge is complex, and information technology should be used to improve the degree of sharing the farm product safety knowledge. Based on the Farm Product Safety Monitoring Information System, the thesis tries to use the theory of Knowledge Transfer and Agent technology to build farm product safety knowledge transfer model, in order to realize the transfer of various farm product safety knowledge and make sure that users can get the knowledge they need, so that the aim of improving the safety of farm product can be achieved.The thesis study the transfer mode of farm product safety knowledge in Farm Product Safety Monitoring Information System, use the theory of Knowledge Management, mainly theory of Knowledge Transfer, analysis the category of the knowledge in the information system, and points out its suitable knowledge transfer mode and build the systematic structure of the knowledge transfer mode. Chapter One, it introduce the background, the aim, the academic and realistic meaning, the structure and outline of the thesis. Chapter 2, it introduces the basic knowledge of KM and Artificial Intelligent, and points out the application meaning of Agent in the study of Knowledge Transfer. In Chapter 3, the study of KT is involved in Farm Product Safety Monitoring Information System, and the suitable KT mode is pointed out. Based on the result of Chapter 3, the systematic structure of Knowledge Transfer System is built in Chapter 4. Chapter 5, it use Farm Product Safety Monitoring Information System of Agriculture Information Company in Shanghai as example, and pointes out the value of the knowledge transfer model. In Chapter 6, the thesis analyzes the obstacles during knowledge transferring as the end of the whole thesis.
